Why Walking is Good For You

We all know that walking is a great form of physical exercise. Here are a few benefits you could get from being a regular walker:

– lower body fat

– less chance of heart attack or stroke

– improvements in joint pain (I have knee problems and regular walking reduces my knee pain)

– improvement in mood – I find walking great for getting rid of stress and clearing your head

– discovering your neighbourhood or city if you choose different areas for walking
